Pricing depends on:

  • No. of distribution boards and assets,
  • Complexity of the electrical system,
  • Site accessibility and load conditions.

We provide a FREE Thermography Site Assessment to survey your facility and ensure accurate, transparent, site-specific inspection quotes — not generic or overpriced day-rate charges.

Infrared thermography in Singapore plays a critical role in electrical safety, fire-risk prevention, and reliability of mission-critical facilities. With our hot, humid climate and high-density infrastructure, electrical assets face increased heat stress and deterioration — making thermal scanning an essential part of preventive maintenance.

  • Instantly detect hidden warning signs of electrical failures.
  • Accurately identify specific faulty components without guesswork.
  • Eliminate costly emergency repairs & unplanned downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with building fire safety, OSHA, EHS & insurance audit requirements.
  • Maximise equipment healthy lifespan & system reliability.
  • Minimise manpower resource deployment.
  • Optimise Preventive Maintenance efficiency.
  • Achieve greater productivity and energy savings.
  • Zero disruption, non-contact, non-invasive inspection.

Also known as ‘thermal scanning’ or ‘thermal imaging inspection’ —Infrared inspection is a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) method used in Condition Monitoring (CM) for early fault detection, preventive (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM).

  • Non-contact, performed safely on live operating equipment.
  • No shutdowns required, no disruption to operations.
  • Measures surface temperature using infrared thermal cameras.
  • Identifies potential thermal anomalies to prevent complete failures.

  • Frequent tripping, unexplained heat, or load imbalance,
  • Ageing electrical infrastructure (>10 years old),
  • Mission-critical operations requiring high uptime,
  • Insurance or compliance requirements,
  • Preventive maintenance programs for risk mitigation.

  • Small buildings: 1–2 hours.
  • Commercial facilities: 2–5 hours.
  • Industrial plants or data centres: half to full day.
  • Duration depends on asset count, access clearance, and load conditions.

  • Provide asset list or Single-Line Diagram (SLD),
  • Confirm number of distribution boards, risers, UPS, transformers,
  • Identify critical loads or restricted areas,
  • Share preferred inspection timing (during normal or peak load),
  • Ensure safe and clear access to electrical panels.

  • Annually for commercial/industrial facilities.
  • Quarterly for high-risk or mission-critical buildings (e.g., Data Centres, Hospitals).
  • Before major handover / commissioning.
  • In line with Preventive Maintenance or shutdown schedule.

  • Under Singapore Standards TR119, a Qualified Thermographer must hold at least a Level-2 Infrared Certification, and possess relevant technical competence for the assets being inspected.
  • Only a Qualified Thermographer is permitted to conduct the inspection, perform the analysis, and prepare the official thermography report.

  • Detailed thermographic report, endorsed by LEW, includes:
    • Thermal & visible images,
    • Temperature data, severity criteria,
    • Suspected root-cause analysis,
    • Recommended corrective actions,
    • Delivered within 7 working days.

  • Immediately after corrective actions to verify repairs
  • Quarterly for mission-critical systems
  • More frequently if faults are recurring or load patterns change
